Teacher Charlotte
Born and raised in Alsace Lorraine, France, I have lived in the United States since 2006, along with my husband and two children aged 4 and 9. Passionate about foreign languages and art, I studied Applied Foreign Languages at Nancy University, France, and subsequently, Columbia College in Chicago.
After graduating, I taught a “French Discovery” workshop in an elementary school for 2 years. Today, I tutor French as a foreign language to children aged 4 to 6 and to high school students. For 4 years now, I have also been running creative workshops in French for children of all ages.
This experience has allowed me to deepen my passion for teaching French, and reaffirm my desire to work with children and support their wonderful, growing minds. Working with the EFLA-FLAM team is giving me the opportunity to use my skills to provide your children with a vibrant learning environment where they can develop their French skills in a fun, enriching atmosphere. I am genuinely passionate about children and their linguistic development and I wish to pass on my enthusiasm for the French language!
