EFLA-FLAM Policy
Tuition payments:
The yearly and 1st semester tuitions are due the week before school starts in September. The 2nd semester tuition is due by the end of the third week of January.
When Early Bird rate applies, the tuition is due by July 14th except if a different date has been given in the enrollment’s email. A down payment of $100 (French Class) or $150 (Eveil Artistique) per child is required to be paid within a week of receiving your invoice.
Tuition fee may be paid online, by Zelle (irvine@eflaflam.org), or check. We will refuse the entrance to the classroom to the children if tuition has not been paid. Payment is made for the full year. Semester payment is possible upon request. Monthly installment payment is possible upon request only at a regular rate.
If you have any billing question, please contact Christelle at christelle@eflaflam.org or Faustine at faustine@eflaflam.org.
Late payments:
A late fee of $20 per week will be applied if payment is late. Late is defined as 1st day of class for the session.
EFLA-FLAM is a non-profit organization. The site coordinators and board members are partially volunteers who use their free time to help run this organization. However, we do have suppliers, teachers, rental, and insurance to pay. Consequently, we ask that you do your part to make tuition payments on time.
Cancellation policy:
There will be no refund of tuition fee once the semester has started. If a class gets cancelled by EFLA-FLAM, a credit for the cancelled class will be applied to the next semester or next year tuition fee.
Terms and conditions:
EFLA-FLAM reserves the right to cancel and/or change the schedule, locations or time of any classes or sessions at any time without liability. An email will be sent to the parents to inform them of such changes.
